About Us
For more than 40 years, Empire Maintenance Services, Inc. has
been locally owned and managed. Most of our senior management have been
with us for many years, making us a stable, well-established firm.
We developed the "team" method of cleaning -- each team
member is a specialist, leading to significant productivity gains when
compared to the traditional "zone" systems.
We promote from within whenever possible. More than fifty percent of
our supervisory staff started as cleaners. This gives us a higher
quality work force.

office manager, accounting, payroll manager, human resource manager.
Ronnie Anderson: 25 years experience, management
operations -- oversees area managers & supervisors, implements
quality assurance program.
Leo Winters: 21 years experience: -- Certified
floor & carpet technician. Oversees training programs in all aspects
of janitorial service, including anti static applications and working
